Bismark Badilla – President & Founder
Bismark Badilla is a money manager and futures & commodities trader. He currently serves as the President and Founder of Lexinta.
Bismark started his financial career in 1987 as an options & equities trader providing specialist advice to an international portfolio of high net worth clients.
In 1999, with a proven background in futures & commodities trading, Bismark founded Traders Cooperative Inc., a futures & commodities firm, managing assets for its institutional and high net worth clients located in Euro-Asia.
In 2006 Bismark launched the HED Investment Fund, a long-short equity fund that posted positive returns of 14% in 2008 despite the market meltdown.
In 2009 Bismark founded Lexinta, an investment boutique providing advisory services to an established clientele, of which the continued success resulted in the founding, in Switzerland 2011, of Lexinta AG.
Bismark is a keen hands-on philanthropist and has established the Badilla Foundation to promote his humanitarian values. The Badilla Foundation’s primary objective is to foster long-term strategic involvement with community partnerships to ensure a lasting impact and legacy.
Bismark’s affiliations include The Milken Institute, an organization made up of entrepreneurs from various economic backgrounds. He is also a member of The Edge community, an internationally respected group of thinkers and achievers.
Dr Paul Fang – CEO
Paul joined Lexinta in 2016 from Livalor Asset Management Limited (Vaduz, Liechtenstein & Zurich, Switzerland) where he served as Managing Director. Paul has a professional background in senior management, executive investment and private banking, working in Zurich for companies such as Credit Suisse and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a proven track record of management consulting, financial advisory and asset management success. Paul speaks a number of languages including German, English, Chinese and French.
Paul first graduated from the University of Innsbruck (Austria) in 1999, with a Master of Law. In 2006 Paul achieved a Doctorate in Law from the University of St. Gallen HSG (Switzerland) and was awarded an Executive MBA in 2007 from the same university. Paul is an advocate of continued learning and has completed a number of senior management and executive courses.
